Note: Charges for layouts/consultations are billed out in two stages. You get 1 copy of the preliminary plan for your review and to mark any changes you would like to make to the plan. Three (3) complete sets of the final and up to four (4) hours of changes are included in the final price.
Plans Include: Two (2) 3-D Exterior views, 1/4"=1' scale Main Floor & 2nd Floor Plan, 1/4"=1' scale foundation plan, 1/4"=1' scale elevations, and 3-D Kitchen view.
There are no Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC plans included.
